The service

Life OS helps you track your day, goals, finances, fitness, and more, with an AI assistant that can act on what you tell it.

SMS terms

If you opt in to SMS, you will receive one-time passcodes for phone verification, daily briefing texts, and messages from your AI assistant. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 2 automated messages per day (morning briefing and evening reminder), plus one-time verification codes and replies when you text your assistant.

Opting in is optional and is not a condition of using Life OS. See our Privacy Policy for how your phone number and messaging consent are handled.
