Life OS (“LifeOS”) · Last updated October 2026

Life OS is a personal productivity service. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

We collect the information you give us directly, plus basic usage data as you use the service:

How we use it

We use your information solely to provide the Life OS personal productivity service, such as your daily briefings, AI assistant conversations, and the features you have connected.

SMS messaging

Life OS collects your phone number solely to send you SMS notifications you have consented to. If you opt in, you may receive one-time verification codes, daily briefings, and messages from your AI assistant. Message and data rates may apply.

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 2 automated messages per day (morning briefing and evening reminder), plus one-time verification codes and replies when you text your assistant.

Users can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. You can also remove your phone number by contacting us.

Third-party sharing

Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We do not sell your personal information. We rely on a small number of service providers to operate Life OS: Supabase for database storage, Twilio for delivering SMS messages, Resend for email, and Anthropic for AI responses. These providers act only on our behalf and only to deliver the service to you. Your phone number and messaging consent are never used by them, or by us, for marketing or promotional purposes.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. Your data is stored securely in Supabase. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time, and we will do so promptly.
